Liar's Poker (Beta) FAQ
How much does Liar's Poker cost?
Liar's Poker has two membership levels, FREE Liar's Poker Basic Memebership and Liar's Poker Player's Club Membership ($9.99 per month*).
What is the difference between FREE Basic Membership and the Player's Club Membership?
Player's Club Members get unlimited play time in two types of Game Rooms, Free Play and Player's Club.
Free Play Game Rooms are a great place for casual, friendly game sessions, like you'd play in your family room on Friday night.
These game rooms are open to both Basic Members and Player's Club Members. However, only Player's Club Members have access to Player's Club
Game Rooms, where hard-edged action leads to actual cash prizes for the top players. Also, only Player's Club Members have access to
the Bidding Odds Calculator. With Player's Club Membership, you'll never have to pay an entry fee, deposit, or buy-in to any Game Room.
Player's Club also provides performance-based ranking, the Friends network, text chat, and Game Table Invitations with Game Alerts
for both Free Play and Player's Club Game Rooms. When a Player's Club Member wins a Player's Club round, he or she receives 'Club Points'
that may be accumulated and redeemed for real cash prizes.
Free Liar's Poker Basic Membership has absolutely no cost--NO buy in, NO entry fees, NO deposits required.
Just sign up and play from your web browser! Basic Members can play in an unlimited number of Liar's Poker Free Play Game Rooms
and win Liar's Poker 'Basic Points'. In fact, the top three Basic Members each week earn 100 Club Points, which allows them to compete
in the Player's Club Game Rooms for cash prizes.
Tell me more about the Player's Club.

- Entry into Player's Club Game Rooms, where players win cash prizes!
- Player's Club Player Rating based on actual play.
- Text Chat with Friends outside of game rooms.
- Live Phone Support Monday through Friday (9 to 4 pm CST).
- Game Table Invitations and Game Alerts: invite your friends to play, and receive invitations from them too!
- Proprietary Liar's Poker Bidding Odds Calculator during game play. Predict who is lying, and who is not!
Player's Club members may play in an unlimited number of Player's Club Game Rooms and win Club Points,
redeemable for real cash and prizes, without risking a penny of their own money! For more information about how to upgrade

How do Free Play and Player's Club Play work?
Liar's Poker has both Free Game Rooms and Player's Club Game Rooms. When you first sign up to play Liar's Poker
with a FREE Basic Membership you receive 100 Liar's Poker Basic Points for use in Free Play Game Rooms.
When you upgrade to Player's Club Membership you will receive 100 Liar's Poker Club Points, which you can use for bids
in the Player's Club Game Rooms. Your Basic Points and Club Points are tracked separately. You can only enter and remain in a
Player's Club Game Room if you have enough Club Points to lose, and you can only join or remain in a Free Play Game Room if you
enough Basic Points to lose. During Free Play in a Free Play Game Room you may win or lose Basic Points from your account,
and during Player's Club Play in a Player's Club Game Room you may win or lose Club Points. You may leave the playing table at any time,
but if the hand is not finished you will forfeit the Points spent to enter the hand.
What can I win as a Basic Member and as a Player's Club Member?
Liar's Poker Player's Club Members can win Liar's Poker Club Points, which are redeemable for prizes or real cash!
Liar's Poker Basic Members win Liar's Poker Basic Points, which have no cash value--but they provide bragging rights as to who
is the better player! Also, the three top-scoring Basic Members each week win 100 Club Points, which provide access to Player's Club
Game Rooms and a chance to win more Club Points, which can then be redeemed for real cash and prizes. Also, if you refer your friends
to join the Liar's Poker Player's Club, you can earn hundreds or even thousands of Club Points!
What are Basic Points used for?
Basic Points are used as the 'entry fee' to a hand of Liar's Poker in the Free Play Game Rooms. Basic Points have no cash value;
however, by using your Basic Points to play Liar's Poker in the Free Play Game Rooms, you may become one of the top players of the week,
in which case you will win Club Points that can be used to compete in Player's Club Game Rooms. If you win more Club Points in the
Player's Club Game Rooms, you could win cash prizes!

How do I play Liar's Poker? What are the game play rules?
1. Each player at the table is given a 'serial number', an 8-digit number that is kept secret from the other players.
Players in turn bid on the combined numbers in all serial numbers, your own and those of the other players: for example
"three 4's" beats "three 3's", but "four 3's" beats both of those. Zeros are low and nines are high.
2. Each player must in turn either declare a higher hand than the previous bidder, or challenge the current bid by calling 'Liar'.
In a game of 3 or more players, all players must challenge to end the game.
3. When the bidder is challenged by all other players, the combined serial numbers will be used to determine if the last hand called exists.
For example, if the challenged hand is four 8's then there must be at least four 8's on the combined serial numbers.
4. If the serial numbers support the challenged player then the player will win the hand, and collect a point from all other players.
Otherwise the other players each collect a point from the losing player.
What is my "Player Rating"?
The Player Rating shows the number of hands played, and the ratio of hands won to hands lost. For example, a player with a rating
of 524/0.765 means that the player to date has won 76.5% of the hands played, and has played 524 hands total.
Player Ratings allow you to see how well you're doing, track your progress as you become a better player, and help you to find players
of similar skill level. You can find your Player Rating in the "My Profile" page after you log in.
How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list?
Log in to your account, go to your Player Profile page, select "Email Preferences", and check the box that says
"Unsubscribe from our mailing list"
Why must I submit my driver's license to redeem Club Points?
To ensure that all prizes are being claimed by the actual member who won, we require that prize claim submissions include a copy of
our members' identification. This can be either a valid Driver's License or Passport that clearly shows date of birth and address.
Your identification also serves as your proof of age and address. Company policy and State Laws require we check claims for the accuracy
of this information.
What is a screen name?
Your screen name is your unique identity in the Liar's Poker Game Room. It will identify you to other players.
It is the only identifying piece of information that other players will see. You choose your Screen Name when you sign up for your
Liar's Poker Account. It is also called a 'Login Name'. When you register for Liar's Poker, you will automatically be asked for a
'Login Name', which will be used to log in. Your 'Login Name' will be your Screen Name in the game room.
Can I change my screen name?
Your screen name is your unique identity in the Liar's Poker Game Room. Once you've selected your screen name, you cannot change it.
